Mattress Machine

Mattress machine means the machines which used to make mattress.

1. Palm Fiber Mattresses

• Mountain Palm Mattresses:

  • Raw materials: Tree sheaths of palm trees from alpine inland areas, produced by manual weaving or machine processing.
  • Key machines:
    • Carding machines: Loosen palm fibers to make them fluffy.
    • Mattress edge sewing machines: Perform edge wrapping on the mattress.
    • Cutting equipment: Trim the palm pad to the required size.

• Coconut Palm Mattresses:

  • Raw materials: Coconut husk fibers.

2. Spring Mattresses

• Connected Spring Mattresses:

    • Bonnell spring machines: Manufacture connected springs (coiling, knotting, etc.).
    • Mattress border machines: Sew the fabric to the side fabric.
    • Computer quilting machines: Quilt patterns on the mattress surface to fix the fabric and springs.

• Pocket Spring Mattresses:

  • Structure: Individual springs are sealed in fiber bags and connected into a bed net.
  • Key machines:
    • Pocket spring machines: Produce and bag individual springs.
    • Mattress glue sprayers: Apply adhesive between the spring net and fabrics.
    • Border and quilting machines: Same as above.

• Continuous Spring Mattresses:

  • Structure: Unique spring structure for uniform load distribution.

    • Special continuous spring forming equipment.
    • Border and quilting machines for post-processing.

3. Memory Foam Mattresses

• Production process:
  • Foaming equipment: Foam memory foam raw materials into blocks or sheets.
  • Cutting machines: Trim memory foam to mattress dimensions and shapes.
  • Mattress packaging machines: Package the cut memory foam mattresses.
  • (Optional) Mattress compound robots: If adding fabrics or decorations, along with border machines.

4. Latex Mattresses

• Raw materials: Natural latex.

  • Latex foaming machines: Foam latex to achieve softness and elasticity.
  • Molds: Shape the foamed latex into mattress forms.
  • Cutting equipment: Trim and size the molded latex mattress.
  • Packaging machines: For final product packaging.

5. Jade Mattresses

• Structure: Uniform natural Xiuyu jade pieces are arranged and fixed on mattress leather.
• Key machines:
  • Jade mattress border machines: Sew and secure jade pieces to the mattress.
  • Heating element installation tools: If equipped with heating functions, install heating wires.
  • Cutting and sewing machines: Process mattress fabrics.
